Cadillac Winery is perfectly situated among pine trees and rolling farms just east of the Tustin exit off US 131. Not your traditional winery, we focus on wine that tastes good, whether it’s made from grapes, black currants or even lemons. We will make wine from any fruit and specialize in Hybrids such as Marquette and Brianna - yet have won a gold medal with our Riesling vinifera. There’s something for everyone at Cadillac Winery including semi-drys, semi-sweets, fruit and dessert wines, as well as hard ciders.
We are continually adding new varieties, as our young vineyard is producing more volume. And, we crafting excellent blends - just ask anyone who has tried our award winning Spinning Jenny. YUM! “Come grow with us” is our motto, and we look forward to meeting you at the winery.
