What started in 2009 as a simple “add-on” restaurant to host clients and friends at our winery, has morphed into Bottlest Winery, Bar and Bistro, a one-of-a-kind wine country destination that offers the most unique entertainment experience in the Santa Ynez Valley.
World Class Cuisine? Check. Artisan Cocktails? Got it. More than 50 wines by the glass? Yep. Want to tour the winery? Sure. How about custom crafting your own wine…online.
We proudly welcome you to visit the all new Bottlest Winery, Bar and Bistro!
Bottlest offers lunch, dinner, and bar menus that could be referred to as “contemporary California cuisine”, with frequently-changing dishes constructed from seasonal, locally-sourced produce, highest-quality natural meats, and local seafood. Overseeing the menus is Executive Chef Owen Hanavan.
Get ready to experience the most unique wine tasting venue in California. At Bottlest, your wine tasting options are almost limitless. Our sommelier can help you choose a bottle from our expansive list of local and international wines to enjoy with your dinner or to take home with you. Not sure what you like or not ready to commit to a full bottle? Step up to our flagship ‘Wine Wall’, an automated wine dispensing system that pours 52 wines by the taste (1 oz.), full glass (6 oz.), or half glass (3 oz.) and try a variety of wines to find what you like best.
Ever thought about making your own wine but just never had the time or know-how? Or maybe you saw a beautiful label on a bottle of wine and thought you’d like to design one yourself? With Bottlest.com, you’re the winemaker and the designer, and you can do it all online.
Finally, you don’t want to miss getting a “behind the scenes” tour of the largest winery production facility in the Santa Ynez Valley.
If wine isn’t your thing, no worries. We’ve got a huge selection of Local and International Beer, and a newly launched artisan Cocktail program. Using only the highest quality ingredients, our mixology program rivals the best in California. Our bar also has Live Music from Thursday through Saturday each week, and a gorgeous view of the Santa Ynez Mountains.
